A veteran-owned nonprofit helping men rediscover purpose, identity, and freedom in the Colorado backcountry.
Who We Are
An average of 17.5 veterans die by suicide every day in the United States. More emergency responders now die by suicide than in the line of duty. Nearly 80% of all suicides in America are men, and most of them will never seek treatment.
These men are not going to sign up for counseling. But they will say yes to five days in the Colorado mountains with a group of men who understand.
The best thing you can do for a family is light a fire in the man who leads it. That is what Lost Trails exists to do.
Lost Trails Foundation helps men rediscover the trail back to who they were made to be, through adventure, brotherhood, and faith in the Colorado backcountry.
Who We Serve

The retreat is open to all men. Some are dads who want to be better. Some have lost their way. All are welcome.
